Doug Neece, President and CEO
Doug began working in the field of ministry in 1972. He served 15 years as Executive Director for one of the largest and most successful Television Ministries ever. He played a vital role in taking them from having no media outreach, to one of the largest radio ministries in the world, and eventually one of the largest Television Ministries in the world.
Doug brings with him the accumulated knowledge of nearly four decades of service in the field of religious broadcasting.
He has assisted in the building, and rebuilding, of all sizes of ministries, from local churches to international media ministries.
He has been a consultant in all facets related to religious broadcasting, from product offers and donor list maintenance, to launching Ministry magazines and their media buying. He has successfully guided many Ministries’ expansions into television and radio. He felt that it was his calling to assist ministries in the area of religious media. And so... Integrity Media was born.
A native of Arkansas, Doug now resides in Argyle, Texas.
Sandy Chalupka, Vice President, Media
Sandy has almost three decades of television and radio placement experience for many of the top religious and humanitarian organizations, both domestic and abroad. She diligently oversees millions of dollars in radio and television time buys for her clients and has worked with media Ministries of all sizes, including several of the largest outreaches in the world.
One of Sandy’s many strengths is her ability to quickly analyze the needs of the client and make logical, cost-saving and productive time buys. With her superior work ethic, a proficiency in negotiating and a gift with people, she has earned the respect of colleagues around the world. She is committed to the success of her clients.
A native of Wisconsin, Sandy now resides in Flower Mound, Texas.
